1. Explore the sample
Read every page of the public sample and download the same PDF without registering. Custom reports require payment from the first order.
2. Register your email and property
Register in Account settings, then choose “New property” in Your reports. Enter the property name and full address in Japan. Add PDF, ZIP or image files, up to 128 MB each. If you have verified walking times to stations, enter them. Values you specify remain separate from those stated in property documents.
Select Japanese or English for the PDF. This is saved with the case, independently of the website and email language. Save the details before reviewing pricing; your saved inputs and uploaded files remain with the same case while you pay.
3. Choose a plan and pay
Individuals who are not ordering as a corporation can pay JPY 1,980 per property, including tax, with no automatic renewal. Individuals and businesses can choose the monthly plan: JPY 9,800 including tax, with unlimited reports. Pay by card or invoice and bank transfer.
Once payment is confirmed, return to the case and select “Create this report”. Returning from the payment page alone does not confirm payment. Bank transfers must be received before production can start.
4. Answer any questions
We review the source documents and public information, then collect any necessary questions in the case. Submit the required answers and supporting files to continue. You can answer “Unknown” or “Please decide” where appropriate.
5. Download the report
Download the PDF and detailed text from the case. The report covers schools and transport, shops and healthcare, public services and parks, utilities and building information, with sources. Information that could not be confirmed is identified as unverified.
6. Request a revision in the same case
Send the correction, the replacement information and supporting evidence. Answers, corrections and retries do not incur another per-property charge. Register a different property as a new case.
Monthly renewal and cancellation
The first month begins when payment is received, with renewal one month later. Cards are charged automatically each month; bank transfer customers receive a monthly invoice to pay themselves. Cancel the next renewal in Plans and payment. Answers, revisions and downloads for accepted cases remain available after the paid period ends.
Continue on another device
Continue in the same browser, or verify your email in Account settings before restoring access on another device using an email link. Existing unlimited free access started with a coupon continues in the same browser without email verification or email recovery.
