Information we handle

We handle your registered email address, property name and address, uploaded documents, inputs, answers, revision requests, reports, access status and payment references. Stripe handles credit card information; we do not store it.

How we use it

We use this information to create, review and revise reports, save cases for continued access, send getting-started and coupon emails, provide email verification and recovery requested by you, confirm payment and answer enquiries. Your cases and documents are not made public.

Processing and storage

We use Cloudflare for intake and storage, Resend for getting-started, coupon, verification and recovery emails, and Stripe for payments. Research and production use OpenAI AI services and the operator's production environment. Information is sent to these services as necessary to provide the service.

Browser identification

Cookies let you continue using cases in the same browser. Restoring access in another browser uses a link sent to an email address you have previously verified.

Usage measurement

Google Analytics measures page views and actions such as submitting requests, viewing results and saving reports to help improve the service. We do not send email addresses, property addresses, documents or case IDs. Measurement uses cookies.

Retention and deletion

Documents and reports are retained for continued use, revisions and support. To request deletion, contact info@abcas.jp. We confirm case ownership and process deletion, except for information such as billing records that must be retained by law.
